By ordering you are agreeing to these terms of service.

I have the right to refuse a commission.

Commissions will generally be completed within a month of ordering, or by an approximate date when specified

If for any reason there is a delay, you will be notified as soon as is convenient.

If for any reason your commission cannot be completed, you will be fully refunded.

Payment must be made before work begins.

Refunds are given out on a case-by-case basis, and depend on the amount of work completed.

At no point may any artwork commissioned from me be used in the creation or sale of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) by either the commissioner or other parties.

Once completed, art can be used however you wish so long as it abides by the following terms:

Do not claim the art as your own work.

Credit is not necessary but highly appreciated.

Do not use the artwork for commercial use. This includes but is not limited to: Selling prints, tshirts or other merch, or selling it as any form of online token or "NFT."

Art may be posted to my own social media or portfolio - if you don't want your commission shared, please let me know.
